This is a beautiful Kachani (Drawing Lines) style of Madhubani painting. It originates from the Mithilanchal region of Bihar, India. A sketch is made freehand using a brush. Once colours are filled in, a nib dipped in acrylic colour is used to draw fine lines (textures in a shape).
