Shipping within India

Customers can choose from two shipping choices.

Door step delivery

Self Pick up from store office

 

Doorstep Delivery

Shipment of 10 Kg Max. is supported at this point in time. Shipping charges are calculated based on the chargeable weight (including the packaging material). Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of Checkout. 

Self Pick up from the store office

Orders can be picked up between 10 am to 6 pm from store office Monday - Friday.

Prior intimation over email/ phone is a MUST (Give us minimum 24 hours, so we can keep your package ready for pick up).

Order Processing Timeline for standard products

Orders placed before 6.00 pm (IST) will be shipped in next 3 working days. Standard delivery may take between 5-7 working days to reach you. If there are any exceptions or delays, customers will be intimated over email.

Customers will be intimated over email once order is dispatched. 

Order Processing Timeline for custom products

Orders placed before 6.00 pm (IST) will be shipped in 5 working days. Standard delivery may take between 5-7 working days to reach you. 

Customers will be intimated over email once order is dispatched.

Customers will be informed about the delays if any due to exceptional situations.

Additional Charges

Additional charges due to returns / address correction due to incomplete address will be born by the customer.

 

Shipping Charges

Rs. 149 on all orders across India.

Shipping charges are subject to change without any prior notice.

Chargeable Weight

While calculating the shipping charges, the higher of the actual weight (kg) or volumetric weight will be considered as chargeable weight. Air - LxBxH / 5000 (In Cms) | Surface LxBxH (In Cms) /4750
Packaging material is included in the chargeable weight.

Revision of delivery timeline and rates

Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancelletions:

Orders with online payments: 


If your order has not been shipped, you will be able to cancel it by dropping us a mail on sales@craftribute.com. Once confirmed, we will issue a coupon code of equivalent amount to your registered email ID in next 7 days, which you may use for purchases in next 6 months.

If you wish to cancel the order for which the merchandise is still in transit, we will recall the shipment and issue a coupon code equivalent to order amount after deducting the shipment charges to your registered email ID in next 7 days, which you may use for purchases in next 6 months.


Orders with Cash on Delivery:


If your order has not been shipped, you will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, we request you to honour the commitment!
